To change the password from your personal account, you need to go to the “Change password” tab in the “Profile” menu in your personal account. Next, you must enter the old and the new password.
If the old password is lost, you need to contact our company in the following ways:
- Text us in website chat, Messenger or Telegram.
- Write a letter to the mail firstname.lastname@example.org, attaching a free-form application about the loss and copy of the first page of the passport of the contract holder.
- By contacting the service information center (you`ll need to answer the questions and confirm that you are our subscriber) (057) 720-9-720 or 0-800-31-0-800.
- Contact the customer care center personally (with a passport) and write an application for changing the tariff.
