How to postpone the payment?

Each «Maxnet» subscriber can postpone payment. It can be useful if for some reason you can not make a monthly fee.

There are three ways to postpone payment:

  1. Through a personal account for 1 day (free of charge).
  2. Through a personal account up to 5 days (paid service).
  3. Through the service information center by calling (057) 720-9-720 или 0-800-31-0-800, or through the customer care center located at Kharkov, 43-B, Nauky Ave,Mon-Fri 9 AM till 6 AM) (also up to 5 days).


Link to personal account — You can postpone you payment only when your balance is negative.

! Personal account is available even with a negative balance using a direct link Save the address of your personal account to your bookmarks for replenish your account when the service is not active.
