How to configure the Grandstream DP750 VoIP Gateway

Step-by-step instructions for configuring the Grandstream DP750 VoIP gateway are as follows:

Step 1. Log in to the web interface.

    Password: also admin by default.

Step 2. Enter the server address to authorize the SIP number.

  1. Go to "Profiles" - "Profile 1" - "General Settings".
  2. In the "Profile Active" line, select "Yes".

  4. Click "Save and Apply".

Step 4. Enter data for SIP number authorisation.

How to configure the Grandstream NT801/NT802 VoIP Gateways

The step-by-step algorithm for configuring Grandstream NT801/NT802 VoIP-gateways is as follows:

Step 1. Log in to the web interface.

  1. To log into the web interface of the gateway, open a browser (Google Chrome, Opera, etc.) on your computer.
  2. Enter the IP address of the gateway into the address bar. You will be presented with a page requesting authorisation data. The default login and password is admin/admin.
The data for authorisation (login, password, server address) will be sent to your e-mail after the contract is signed. You can also specify them by writing to support@maxnet.ua.

Step 2. Enter the server address for SIP number authorisation.

  1. Go to "FXS PORTt1", to which the analogue phone is connected.
  2. In the line "Primary SIP Server" specify the address "vproxy2.maxnet.ua".
  3. In the line "SIP User ID" and "Authenticate ID" enter your SIP number in the format "57ХХХХХХХХХХХХХХХ" without zero before the city code.
  4. In the "SIP Transport" line specify UDP.
  5. In the "NAT Traversal" line select UPnP.
  6. In the "Authenticate Password" line, specify the password of the SIP number.

Step 3. Enter the data for authorisation of the SIP number.

  1. In the "Local SIP Port" line, the default value is 5060. Leave it.
Select "YES" in the "Use Random SIP Port" line.
  2. In the "Allow Incoming SIP Messages from SIP Proxy Only" line, specify "Yes".
  3. Go to the "Advanced settings" section and fill in the fields as shown below. To better protect your device, we recommend that you create a more secure password than the standard "admin". You can enter it in the "New Admin Password" and "Confirm Admin Password" lines.
  4. In the "Firmware Server Path" field enter this address for firmware update stat.maxnet.ua/up.
  5. To prevent direct IP spamming, put "Yes" in the "Disable Direct IP Call" line.
  6. After you have updated the data, click "Apply" at the bottom of the menu. And reboot the VOIP gateway with the "Reboot" button.
  7. To make sure that your account has registered successfully, go to the "Status" tab. The status "Registered" should be opposite to your customised account.
  8. After performing all the above steps, you can check your calls by making an incoming/outgoing call.
