To connect to the Internet, first of all, you need a router. Choosing a device, pay attention to its bandwidth – an indicator of how fast Internet will be available to you. At a rate over 100 Mbps, you will receive the declared speed only if the router supports it.

For the same purpose, you will need an appropriate network card. If you use the legacy model, you will not get the speed higher than it supports.

You can purchase a router and a network card separately or order from us. We provide only up-to-date models and often offer promotions. In any case, the setup will be carried out by our master, and you just have to enter a new personal account and make sure that there is a connection from any home device.

We connect the Internet in Kharkiv as quickly as possible. To become a user of high-speed Internet at home, contact one of our managers. This can be done in several ways:

If you already have a router with the required bandwidth, the connection will cost 100 UAH. Additionally, you will need to pay for the cable (1 UAH up to 50 meters and 13 UAH for each subsequent meter).

You can pay for the connection service in your personal account, the master does not accept cash.

Depending on the specifics of your home and the availability of technical facilities, the connection procedure may take from 15 to 60 minutes.

When you contact us with an application for an Internet connection, we will schedule a master's visit the next day, choosing the most convenient time for you from 9:00 to 19:00. Before the master leaves, you will have access to the network. You can pay for connection services and the selected tariff within a week in your personal account.

• Tariff plans start at 100 Mbps. This speed is enough to communicate on social networks, maintain online documentation and visit your favorite sites.
• To conduct online broadcasts and watch films on the network, we recommend connecting to a speed of 200 or 500 Mbps.
• If, for example, you have a large family in which everyone uses gadgets, you will need 1 Gbps. When one is watching the series, the other is chatting in Zoom, and the third is downloading a huge file, the speed will be high and stable for everyone. It is also a comfortable tariff to use cloud servers for online games: the delays are minimal, and the video stream is at its best.

Any regular tariff you choose is due to be paid by the 1st day of the next month. If you forget to replenish your personal account, the service will be suspended until payment is made.
