How to order services for new data centre subscribers

If your organisation or business works with a large amount of data, often moves or works remotely, and is looking to reduce its costs, it will be useful to use our data center services from the point of view of security and optimisation of work processes.

You can order Maxnet data centre services in any convenient way:

Leave your contact for the selected service or tariff in the feedback form.
Write to dc@maxnet.ua.
Via the Control Panel.

Step-by-step guide: how to order data centre services yourself via Control Panel

1. Follow the link above to Control Panel, or select the “Data center” section — “Services” tab.

In the list of services you will see “The control panel”.

2. Going to the Control Panel will open the main page, from which you can proceed to place a new order or leave a request for support.

If you are not already registered on the Control Panel, to register, first fill in the personal data fields of the physical person or legal person/IE.

Then click the “Submit” button at the bottom.

3. To proceed to a new order, open the tab at the top by clicking the “Order” button and select a service from the list of available services.

Or click the “Browse Products and Services” button at the bottom and select a service from the list of available services.

Next, let's consider the algorithm of actions for ordering data centre services using the example of “Hosting”:

1. Select the appropriate tariff plan from the current tariff plans presented on the Control Panel.

2. Enter the hostname.

3. Enter the promo code if available.

4. Select the desired payment period.

5. Click the “Order” button.

6. Proceed to the shopping basket. The pricing plan you have selected is displayed here. If necessary, you can adjust the configuration by clicking the “Edit Configuration” button or delete your order by clicking the “Delete” button.

7. Choose a payment method (by default it is LiqPayCheckout: on the official LiqPay website such payment methods are available as Apple Pay, Google Pay, QR code 1-click payment, card, PrivatPay, installment payment, cash payment, invoice to email).

8. If you are a new customer, please fill in all fields marked with * to place an order. If you are already registered, please log in (or restore your password if you have forgotten it).

9. To verify, enter the characters you see in the image, followed by additional order information if necessary.

10. Then select either continue shopping or proceed to the final order of the service.

The described algorithm of actions is typical for ordering data centre services such as Virtual Servers VPS/VDS, Colocation, and Virtual PBX.

Step-by-step guide: how to order the “Domains” service

The sequence of steps for ordering the service “Domains” is different and looks as follows:

1. Enter the domain name to check.

After that, you will get results from the most popular available domains, among which you choose the desired one. To place an order for the selected .ua domain name, the “License*” line specifies the registration rules.

2. In the “Edit Configuration” block, select the hosting of the domain name already hosted on our server.

3. In the “Nameservers” block, set the name servers or select “Use our default nameservers”.

4. If you are registered, select “Domain contacts” (registrar, admin, technical contact, payment contact): you can add them from existing contacts, add a new contact (with possible entry to contacts), and use the registrant's details. There is also a “Use promo code” button on the bottom right at this stage. Then click the “Continue” button.

5. Open the “Order Summary” tab and fill in all fields marked with * if you are a new client.

6. Log in or register. If you are logged in, check the order details that have been filled in automatically. Then, enter additional order information if necessary.
