We are currently looking for a Call Center Operator to join our team.

We are willing to consider You as a candidate if you meet these criteria:

• successful experience in sales, telephone sales or call centers (preferably);
• fluent oral Ukrainian.

What are the main tasks You will be doing:

• processing of incoming calls;
• direct sales of company's services;
• resale of services in order to increase the average bill;
• calling subscribers from existing databases;
• receiving and processing of chats.
