Changes to tariff plans for «Internet» and «Internet+TV» services from 01.02.2026

Dear subscribers!

We would like to inform you about changes to the tariff plans for «Internet» and «Internet + TV» services, which apply to existing subscribers (individuals and legal entities) and will come into effect in stages, starting from 1 February 2026.

As part of this process, the tariff plans of existing subscribers will be brought into line with the current regulated tariffs posted on the company's official website.

The decision to revise tariffs is unavoidable and is due to the increase in operating costs in the current economic situation. In particular, the following has occurred recently:

• significant increase in electricity prices;
• increase in the cost of telecommunications equipment, materials and network maintenance;
• increase in administrative and general expenses;
• impact of inflationary processes;
• increase in the cost of television content and television channel royalties.

Taken together, these factors require us to bring the cost of services to an economically justified level. This will allow us to continue to provide stable communication quality, maintain uninterrupted network operation, update equipment in a timely manner, and improve the level of service for our subscribers.
