Information for Telegroup Ukraine subscribers

We would like to inform you that starting from 01.11.2024, the services provided to Telegroup Ukraine subscribers will be provided by Maxnet.

The tariff plans of Telegroup Ukraine subscribers will be brought to the current Maxnet tariff plans, which are as close or even better on filling. If desired, the subscriber can choose another tariff plan or any other additional service, a list of which can be found on our site.

In order to extend the list of services and improve the quality of their provision, the network connection settings will be changed. Please also note that reconnection will be free of charge and will be done in stages.

In order to reconnect and re-register, Maxnet employees will contact each Telegroup Ukraine subscriber in advance and inform in detail about further use of telephony service.

Clients, who were Telegroup Ukraine subscribers before, also have the possibility to renew service on favorable terms.
