How is Unit calculated?

Unit (U) is defined as the standard form factor for measuring the height of server equipment. In our data center, one Unit (U) is equivalent to 1.75 inches or approximately 44.45 mm altitude.

What is included in service Colocation?

In the «Maxnet» data center, clients of the Colocation service receive:

the ability to connect to a guaranteed Internet channel with a speed of up to 10 Gbps;
unlimited traffic (subject to responsible consumption) with minimal signal delays;
digital and physical security, which is available 24/7 through reserved optical Internet and GSM communication;
specialized server rooms, which are equipped with air conditioning and fire safety systems, as well as rooms for working with own equipment;
uninterrupted power supply of servers at a favorable single energy consumption tariff.

How is electricity consumption calculated?

The Colocation service includes in the price the selected tariff plan according to the form factor of the server, its placement and maintenance, as well as fixed tariff for energy consumption, calculated per unit of passport power of client equipment in W/h.

Thus, clients of the Maxnet company pay a fixed amount for the actual use of the service and resources.

What keeps the servers running?

Maxnet data centers have their own main and backup data transmission channels, connected to the non-volatile optical Internet, and are also equipped with rechargeable batteries and diesel generators for uninterrupted power supply, which will ensure the operation of servers for at least 72 hours, even in the most critical situations.
