Telephony

In the modern world, telephony services have become an integral part of our everyday lives. Thanks to the development of technology, users can now conveniently manage their tariffs, expenses, and other functions directly from their personal cabinet on the operator's website. Further, we will consider in detail what functionality is available to Maxnet subscribers through the personal cabinet interface.
Possibilities of the Client Cabinet for telephony subscribers
All management of telephony services is located in the “Landline” section. Here, you can see all your active (connected) services (numbers) and additional services (Cloud PBX, lines, etc.).
Number services are clickable. By opening each of them, you will see the tariff, subscription fee, number of minutes in the package (tariff), and cost of calls over the tariff.
In addition, you can independently manage call directions, open international calls, and limit yourself to landlines only.
In the number services block, you can also set up redirection yourself. To do this, just specify the number to which calls will be forwarded and save the settings.
There is also an international tariff calculator available in the “Landline” section. By specifying the number you plan to call, you will see the cost of the call.
Below, under the block with active services, you will see the “SIP tariffs” tab.
In turn, “SIP tariffs” is divided into two other tabs:
The “Call history” block is located under the “SIP tariffs” tab. By opening it, you can filter the required number and period, as well as view the history of all calls to this number.
If you have technical questions about telephony services, click on the “Create a ticket” button at the top of the page.
Then select “Telephony Support”, provide your contact number, describe your question/problem, and leave a request. Our technicians will process the request and contact you.
Over time, the current interface of the personal cabinet may change, but in general, it will remain intuitive for users of Maxnet telephony services.
