Before contacting our service and information center to fix the problem, we recommend you to perform several actions that can help save your time.

  1. Check the account balance (if it`s negative, fund your account).
  2. Check if all devices have connection at the same time;
  3. If the problem is only on certain devices, while others are connectd, you need to look for the cause in your equipment:
    • restart the device;
    • disconnect and turn on the network cable (if the device is not connected via Wi-Fi).
