The maximum total period of suspending services is 6 months in a calendar year. The minimum period of suspension is 1 month.
For the period of suspension, the subscription fee is not charged and the service is not provided. The fee is charged only for the rental and installment of equipment.
The service activates automatically in the time specified in the application. If you need to activate a suspended service earlier than the date specified in the application, contact the company’s service and information center.
To suspend services for 1-3 months, you need to:
- Text us in website chat, Messenger or Telegram.
- Write an email to email@example.com, enclosing the application and a copy of the first page of the passport of the contract holder.
- Contact the service information center.
In case of suspending services for 3-6 months, you need to visit the customer care center with a passport and write an application indicating the reason for the prolonged suspension of the service.
